Life Alignment is a transformational healing system of body, heart and mind. It provides the means to free ourselves from the past in order to live fully in the present and in the process to discover our purpose in life”

I have been working on some research that I will be using in a new series called "Alignment". In this series I will discuss the varieties of self as it pertains to a structured and goal centerned pattern of living.

*What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the present. When you're mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them good or bad. Instead of letting your life pass you by, mindfulness means living in the moment and awakening to experience.
