IStalk: Again, do not make this complicated. Each of us have our own set of activities going on in our lives and each of us MUST learn how to separate and FINE TUNE FOCUS on current task. Then we shift to the NEXT task....and the NEXT...and so on!

Dealing with our health problems (putting it off makes it much worse) and GETTING OUT OF THE PROCRASTINATION GROOVE!
It doesn't take a neurosurgeon to figure out that if you do not exercise your body and mind then you will feel worse, perform life less focused and overall be in a neglectful state of physicality!
So GET UP and do a 30 second dance party every now and then! Get crazy an pick up some weights and a brisk walk once in a while! Whatever works for you! Make it FUN! If you have current health issues; RESEARCH treatments, holistic and western medicine oriented.
